Eternity is structured in Cosmic spheres that are layered and interwoven together in such a way that would leave the best scientific and engineering minds in wonder at the complexity and intricacy of its design. We thank God though that for us as believers, we have the mind of Christ who is the chief architect of Eternity, for by him were all things made and without him was nothing made that was made.
What Then is a Cosmic Sphere?
A cosmic sphere is simply an environment of life. This environment is broad and multidimensional and would normally comprise of Sub-Spheres which can be termed as realms, dimensions or as the scriptures put them Heavenly Places (Ephesians 1:3).
A more encapsulating definition would be that – A cosmic sphere is an environment of life which consists of dimensions (heavenly places) knitted together by a binding frequency (light and sound) and the corresponding life forms that inhabit those dimensions along with their life processes (the order of the nature of life).
From the definitions above we’ve seen that every cosmic sphere has a particular order that informs the nature of life within its spheres, but it’s important that we take a short peek into what Life is so that we can comprehend its operations in other cosmic spheres, even though we’ll dedicate an article expressly to understanding this concept.
One of the simplest ways to understand life is by seeing it as Energy, howbeit Divine. This understanding makes it easy to comprehend the operations of life in the cosmic spheres.
When we talk of divine energy, we are talking of the uncreated essence of God from which everything in eternity has its origin, and this essence has two foundational expressions within Eternity and these are light and sound.
Divine Energy as Light
Divine Energy as light speaks of energy that has been released into the created spheres of Eternity to execute a purpose from God. Every light that God releases from himself has an inherent structure which we can call its atomic or better still Quantum structure.
This structure is what informs the identity and function (Purpose) of that light within the cosmic sphere of eternity it is deployed to. This is why the scriptures call God the father of lights, meaning the source of all lights. This divine narrative applies even to us as believers whom Jesus speaking in Matthew 5:14 calls the Light of the World, which means that within the borders of eternity, we are as the sun, giving light to other bodies of light as well as governing their operations because in Eternity, Governmental operations and laws are a function of light.
Let’s step a little further into this mystery of light, gleaning into it from God’s perspective. Outside of Creation, or Beyond Creation, an environment by divine insight I call the Plain of Infinite Love (The God Dimension), in this environment, God is the Ever-Existing One, hence is name I AM and in that environment of infinite love which he inhabits, which is Himself (For God is Love), God dwells not as a corporeal entity that could be perceived, at least not until he took the form which he did in The Son.
Hence the scriptures say that God dwells in light which no Man can approach, this man here not describing Mankind but every created thing. But thank God that by the sacrifice of his Son, he has now made us partakers of his divine nature, we cannot just approach the light that is unapproachable but we are one with that light. Beloved we are that Light!
In that space of infinite love, where God dwells, He dwells as uncreated light. But when that light goes through the person of the Word of God, that light becomes created and is given a design and identity (purpose) because the Word of God is the Creative Faculty of God. Hence the scriptures say that by Him were all things made and without him was nothing made that made. This is why Jesus speaking in John 1:9 says that he is the one that lights every man (created being) that enters the world (Eternity).
What about the expression of energy (Life) as sound?
Within Eternity, Sound is the container of light or sound is a structure where light flows within. It’s like the concept of water flowing within pipes. Sound is the pipe while light is the water that flows within the pipes. Divine energy (life) as sound reveals the nature and operation of God that gives frame, structure or design to things.

Light is creative energy but its needs a pattern or blueprint in other to create. It’s just like the concrete used to make blocks that are used to build houses – on its own, it does not have structure but when it is put in a mold or caster, it begins to have form and hence can be used to build a structure. The will of the father is framed as sounds and is projected to the Person of the Word (In fact, The Father’s will becomes the very design of the Son) and when uncreated light flows through The Person of the Word, it becomes created after that frame (will of God) and is manifest within creation.
This can be gleaned all through the scriptures especially in Genesis where God created the earth by speaking. But inside of the words and sounds that he released was light that was taking the form of the sound (his will) he was releasing and was being made manifest.
It is without doubt that light is always encased in sound. We can glean this from the New Testament scriptures where the Greek word for Sound is Phone and the root word for Phone is Phos which means light. We see that sound and light are by nature linked to each other.
We thank God that as believers who have been made partakers of God’s Life, we are now the Light and Sound that God is. We are now one and in perfect union with the expressions of divine life (energy) as light and sound. Hallelujah!
